The breakfast was good with lots of options and there was a stunning view from the room balcony. The town was close by which made it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the room was very clean and spacious allowing for a comfortable stay.

The customer service was lacking. The staff disregarded our requests and was unresponsive. Additionally, the prices were quite high which made the experience even more unpleasant. We did not feel valued as guests and it was a disappointing weekend overall.

The lack of darkening curtains in the bedrooms, which made sleeping past 5:00 AM a bit uncomfortable. However, overall, everything was more than satisfactory.

Spent xmas in a cozy lodge in the middle of an alpine village. Enjoyed the amazing view of the postcard-like valleys covered by snow and woke up to the sound of cowbells. the room was clean and spacious, equipped with a balcony that offered a great view of the surrounding mountains.

The overall restaurant experience was disappointing, with slow service and limited food options. the food wasn't fresh and seemed reheated like leftovers.
